Our founder Chimo Shipp is a Maui local and long-time fisherman. Chimo is blessed with the incredible talent of knowing how to consistently catch fish. He was looking for a way to sell his fish online that would allow him to continue to remain focused on catching fish. So, he partnered with another Maui local, Jake Barefoot to make this online fish-selling platform.

Our goal at Fresh Fish Maui is simple. We want to provide the residents of Maui with the freshest fish possible. We take pride in the fact that we use sustainable fishing methods so our precious fisheries can be preserved for future generations.
